This cel was created by the Walter Lantz Studio for retail at the Universal Studios Theme Park, and has been been signed by Chilly's creator, Walter Lantz (1899-1994).

The cel measures 12.5" x 10.5" inches, and the cel has the official Universal Studios gold seal in the lower corner, and is accompanied with the studio certificate of authenticity.
