Episode Synopsis: 
"Moral Decay" is the first half of the 12th episode in the third season of The Powerpuff Girls, preceding "Meet the Beat Alls."
In this episode, when Buttercup accidentally knocks out Bubbles' tooth, she learns that tooth decay does pay and soon goes on a spree knocking out teeth and collecting the cash.
