Comic Mint is your best source for 100% genuine Simpsons Animation Artwork licensed by Twentieth Century Fox.
We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this outstanding original production drawing from the classic fifth season episode "Deep Space Homer" (1994).

This sensational drawing features Homer wearing his space suit, appearing in a backdrop to Kent Brockman reading the Channel Six news:
Kent: "We're just about to get our first pictures from inside the spacecraft with "average-naut" Homer Simpson, and we'd like to…. AHHH !!!!” (The camera shows a close-up of an ant floating in front of the three astronauts).

This is a one-of-a-kind piece that was used in the making of this Simpsons episode. The drawing measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide and has the three-peg punch holes, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is accompanied by the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.

We have also provided a screenshot of the scene with the time, to show as reference where this scene drawing was used in the making of this episode, which appears on screen around the 17:01 mark.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS:
"Deep Space Homer" is the fifteenth episode of The Simpsons' fifth season and first aired on February 24th, 1994.
In the episode, NASA is concerned by the decline in public interest in space exploration, and therefore decides to send an ordinary person into space. Homer is selected and chaos ensues when the navigation system on his space shuttle is destroyed. Buzz Aldrin and James Taylor both guest starred as themselves.
