We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans one last opportunity to purchase this long SOLD-OUT hand painted limited edition animation cel from 20 years ago.
"Who Shot Mr. Burns?" is a two-part episode of The Simpsons. Part One is the twenty-fifth and final episode of the sixth season and originally aired on Fox on May 21, 1995, while Part Two is the season premiere of the seventh season and aired on September 17, 1995.
Twentieth Century Fox created this artwork based on two notorious scenes from the episodes. The first cel shows Monty Burns slumped over the sun dial with everyone crowded around, whilst the second cel answers the question of "Who Shot Mr Burns?" and Monty learns a valuable lesson from Maggie, to never take candy from a baby! Both cels are hand painted in an edition size of just 200 pieces worldwide, and both cels are signed by Simpsons creator, MATT GROENING.
Both cels measure 16.5 x 13.5" inches, and are in excellent condition.
The cel has a special gold seal (lower right corner) and is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.
