This Hand Painted Limited Edition Cel features Chuck's most memorable Looney Tunes characters - Bugs Bunny, Gossamer, Wile E. Coyote, Road Runner, Elmer Fudd, Daffy Duck, Michigan J. Frog, Porky Pig, Marvin Martian, Pepe Le Pew and Kitty placed against a beautiful photographic portrait of the legendary Warner Bothers director.
Released in 1997 in celebration of Chuck Jones' 85th birthday. The original drawing for this edition was hand-drawn and hand-inked on paper by Chuck Jones.
The cel is hand signed by Chuck Jones (September 21, 1912 – February 22, 2002).
This piece was produced in an edition size of 485 pieces (worldwide) and is very hard to find. The artwork is comprised of a single hand painted cel placed against a photographic background, with an image area measuring 16.5" x 13.5" inches (unframed). The cel has the official Linda Jones gold seal (lower corner), and is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.
