Comic Mint is pleased to offer Looney Tunes fans this rare animation production drawing featuring Bugs Bunny from the Chuck Jones theatrical film "The Bugs Bunny / Road Runner Movie" (1979).
Here is a great original drawing of Bugs Bunny at home, with a great "Why?" expression as he introduces classic WB cartoons. This 12 field graphite and blue pencil drawing is from the second feature film consisting of classic Looney Tunes/Merry Melodies shorts. New animated bridging segments featuring Bugs were directed by animation legend Chuck Jones. Bugs has an approximate overall image size of 5.75" by 6.5" inches.
This is a one-of-a-kind original production drawing that was used in the making of this film. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork at approximately the 39:36 mark. We have provided a screenshot to show as reference where the drawing was used.
The drawing is on 12 field 3-peghole animation paper and number 48 is written in the lower right, and other than minor wear, the drawing is in very good condition. The cel bears the official Linda Jones gold seal (lower corner) and is from the CHUCK JONES ARCHIVES. A Linda Jones certificate of authenticity is included.
