This beautiful cel painted in retro ‘Black and white’ colours, features Betty with her cute and cuddly puppy, Pudgy. This sold-out animation cel released back in 1994, measures 12.5" x 10.5" inches. The overall character image measuring 5.5" x 8" inches on a cel that is hand numbered out of 175 pieces in the world.
The cel has the official studio seal (lower right corner) and both the cel and mat have been signed by legendary Betty Boop animator Shamus Culhane (1908 - 1996).
