Each cel has been expertly hand painted and hand inked, and the cel has been placed against a colourful photographic background.
This piece is rare and has been SOLD-OUT since it's release in 1992, and is very hard to find. This cel was published by Terrytoons and is one of only 250 pieces in the world, which is hand-numbered, measuring 16.5" x 13.5" inches.
The cel has the official studio gold seal (lower left corner) and is accompanied by the official certificate of authenticity.
