As a special commemoration of the Walt Disney Studios "Ink and Paint" Tours, Disney artists have created this limited edition of 950 hand-painted character cels combined with a photograph taken in August 1947 of Walt Disney at his drawing board.

Disney artists at the Walt Disney Studios have created these cels using traditional animation techniques. The original drawings, which were specially created for this edition and then conserved at Disney Art Editions, were transferred to acetate "cels" utilizing a special six-step xerographic process. Disney artists then hand-painted each of the cels in the edition with Disney approved colors.

The photographic background for this cel set-up has been produced using the original black and white negative, which has been conserved at the Disney Photo Library. The resulting black and white continuous tone print has been printed on premium quality photographic paper by Custom Color of Glendale, California.
Published by Disney Art Editions in 1994, the cel measures 14" x 11" inches. This one is hand-numbered # 516/950 on the lower left corner, and bears the Disney Studios gold seal in the lower corner.
The cel is accompanied with the Disney Studio Certificate of Authenticity.
