Comic Mint, is pleased to offer Hanna-Barbera fans this outstanding hand painted limited edition animation cel entitled "Fred's Day Off" (1989), signed by Bill Hanna & Joe Barbera. This cel features Fred Flintstone relaxing on his day off while Wilma cleans the house!
The art for this limited edition was created at the Hanna Barbera studio in Hollywood. The original drawing was hand-inked, then the master inking printed onto a sheet of exlar film through the silk-screening process . Each cel was then hand-painted using original Hanna-Barbera colors. The background was reproduced using a fine lithography process.
This edition was limited to only 300 pieces (worldwide) and has been SOLD-OUT for over 30 years. The artwork measures 12.5" by 10.5" inches and it has the official Hanna-Barbera Studio seal in the lower corner, and is issued with a certificate of authenticity.
