This vintage publicity cel also comes with the ORIGINAL pen and ink drawing, which was used to create this cel, making it an extremely RARE one-of-one combination which can be framed as a double-aperture. The image measures 10.5" x 12.5" inches featuring great images of Hong Kong Phooey, Rosemary and Spot the cat!

The artwork was created in 1974 at the HANNA-BARBERA STUDIO in Hollywood, California as part of a marketing/publicity/consumer products project, and cels such as these are EXTREMELY RARE and were NEVER made available in stores, so finding a cel such as this one is virtually impossible. This vintage piece of artwork comes from the estate of a Hanna-Barbera employee, and is issued with a certificate of authenticity.
