This RARE cel features the classic opening titles scene from "The Perils of Penelope Pitstop" (1969). The cel features the show's heroine, Penelope Pitstop, tied up by the villainous Hooded Claw.
The artwork is comprised of a single hand painted cel placed against a photographic background.
This cel is one of the APPROVED pre-production cels created for the SOLD-OUT limited edition cel, which was limited to only 50 pieces, and this piece is extremely RARE. The artwork measures 12.5" x 10.5" inches, and the artwork is in excellent condition.
