Cool World Original Production Cel (Paramount, 1992).

Sexy doodle Lonette lets her dark hair down in this original hand-painted production cel which was produced by animation legend Ralph Bakshi. Lonette was girlfriend to Detective Frank Harris (Brad Pitt) in this feature that mixed live-action with animation. The image of Lonette measures an impressive 7.5" inches tall.

This cel has been meticulously hand painted onto celluloid (acetate), and can been around the 0:40:32 mark of the film, measuring 12.5” x 10.5” inches, the artwork comes with the Paramount certificate of authenticity.

Cool World is a 1992 American live-action/animated feature film directed by Ralph Bakshi, and starred Kim Basinger, Gabriel Byrne, and Brad Pitt. It tells the story of a cartoonist who finds himself in the animated world he created, and is seduced by one of his characters, a comic strip vamp who wants to be real. Cool World marked Bakshi's return to feature films after nine years.
