This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted production cel (there are no others), and the artwork was filmed and used in the making of this SIMPSONS episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork on screen around the 19:23 mark. Both characters are hand-painted onto single cel, and placed against a copy of the matching scene background.

This 12 field, 3-peghole, celluloid measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is also accompanied with the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition

EPISODE SYNOPSIS: 
"Blood Feud" is the twenty-second and final episode of The Simpsons' second season. It originally aired on the Fox network in the United States on July 11th, 1991.
In this episode, Mr. Burns is at death's door and needs a blood transfusion from a donor that has the same very rare blood type that he does. Homer discovers that Bart has the same rare blood type and he sets his sights on receiving a large monetary gift from Mr. Burns, as a thank-you for Bart's blood. Things become interesting when the only thing the Simpson family receives is a simple thank-you card from Mr. Burns.
