This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted production cel (there are no others), and the artwork was filmed and used in the making of this SIMPSONS episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork on screen around the 16:52 mark. Moe is hand-painted onto two separate cels, and placed against a copy of the matching scene background.
This 12 field, 3-peghole, celluloid measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is also accompanied with the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.

"Blame It on Lisa" is the fifteenth episode of the thirteenth season of the American animated television series The Simpsons."Blame It on Lisa" features several references to popular culture, including a parody of the Brazilian children's television host Xuxa and an allusion to the film A Trip to the Moon. When it originally aired on the Fox network in the United States on March 31st, 2002, it was seen by around eleven million people. In the episode the Simpsons go to Brazil to find an orphan Lisa has secretly been calling, but as soon as they arrive in the country, Homer is kidnapped.
