The Ren and Stimpy Show “Ren’s Toothache" Production Cel Setup (1991).
We are pleased to offer Ren & Stimpy fans this original production cel setup from the Season Two episode directed by John Kricfalusi.

A classic image of Ren's putrid mouth, which has become so disgusting even the Tooth Beaver has rejected the idea of biting Ren's nerve endings !!!

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted three cel setup which was filmed and used in the making of this episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork on screen around the 04:58 mark. PLEASE NOTE that the Tooth Beaver is the top cel, the middle cel is the ‘stink’ rising from Ren’s mouth, and the bottom cel is Ren’s mouth!

The animation cels measure 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide and have the three-peg punch holes, and bear the Nickelodeon gold seal (upper corner).
The cels are placed against the matching scene background and accompanied with the original Nickelodeon certificate of authenticity and are in excellent condition.

Episode Synopsis:
"Ren's Toothache" is the second episode of the second season of The Ren & Stimpy Show that originally aired on August 22nd, 1991 and was directed by John Kricfalusi.
Ren scoffs at Stimpy's dental hygiene until a toothache leads to all his teeth falling out of his head. Not even a visit from the Nerve Ending Fairy can cheer Ren up, but ever-faithful Stimpy knows a way to get Ren smiling again.
