We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this outstanding hand painted original production cel setup, from the classic third season episode "Homer Alone" (1992).

Patty and Selma rock up in their station wagon to collect the three kids to go and stay with them, so that Marge can unwind at Rancho Relaxo. Homer brings Maggie out to put her in the car with Bart and Lisa, but once Maggie spots her aunts, she grabs the door frame and doesn't let go! Homer tries yanking Maggie loose, but with no success. Marge suggests that since Maggie doesn't want to go, she should just stay home with Homer!

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted production cel setup (there are no others), and the artwork was filmed and used in the making of this SIMPSONS episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork which appears on screen around the 10:30 mark. The characters are hand-painted onto separate cels, and placed against the matching scene print background.

This 12 field, 3-peghole, 3 cel setup measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is also accompanied with the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS:
"Homer Alone" is the fifteenth episode of The Simpsons' third season. It originally aired on the Fox network in the United States on February 6th, 1992.
In the episode, stress from doing housework and being underappreciated at home causes Marge to have a mental breakdown and she decides to go on a vacation. She leaves for a spa called Rancho Relaxo, putting Bart and Lisa into the care of her sisters Patty and Selma and leaving Maggie at home with Homer.
