Comic Mint, your best source for rare, kooky, and classic animation art, is pleased to offer Walter Lantz fans this beautiful hand-painted limited edition cel titled 'Woody's Screwballs', which is placed against a colorful lithographic background on acid free material. Woody Woodpecker and friends enjoy a wintery romp at the South Pole in this gorgeous animation cel signed by cartoonist Walter Lantz (d.1994).
This piece is especially cool as it has been SOLD-OUT for three decades, as it was released way back in 1991, and is very hard to find. It is numbered 10 from an edition of only 100 pieces in the world, and the image area measures a whopping 38" x 13" inches. The artwork is in very good condition.
The cel has the official Walter Lantz Productions gold seal (lower right corner) and is accompanied with a letter of authenticity.
