Great image of Major Glory, standing at the Association of World Super Men (AWSM), and reading out the Powerpuff Girls’ test results, and denying them membership, because they are women!

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted piece that was filmed under the camera, and used in the making of this episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork on screen around the 13:53 mark.
Major Glory is hand-painted onto two seperate cels, and placed against the matching print background.

The animation cel measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide and has the three-peg punch holes, and bears the Cartoon Network seal (lower corner). The artwork is accompanied by the original Cartoon Network certificate of authenticity and the artwork is in excellent condition.
