The Ren and Stimpy Show “Marooned" Original Production Cel (1991).

After being swallowed up by a giant tentacled brain alien, and creatures waiting to devour them, Ren asks Stimpy hurriedly what the space cadet handbook says to do in this situation.

Stimpy: "The book? The book! Yes, the book!" (Stimpy flips through the book) Ren: “Well? What's it say?"
Stimpy: "It says, we're doomed!" Ren: "Give me that!" Ren grabs the handbook, looks through it and grins evilly at the viewers.
He then starts cackling wildly, slapping Stimpy with the handbook, all the while the bacterial creatures advance on the two.
The scene fades to black at the end of the episode.

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted cel setup which was filmed and used in the making of this episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork on screen around the 11:44 mark. The characters are comprised of two seperate animation cels measuring 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide and have the three-peg punch holes, and has the Nickelodeon gold seal (lower corner).

The cels are placed against the matching scene background and accompanied with the original Nickelodeon certificate of authenticity and in excellent condition.

Episode Synopsis:
"Marooned" is the ninth episode of the first season of The Ren & Stimpy Show that originally aired on December 29th, 1991. After Commander Höek (Ren) and Cadet Stimpy land on a strange planet, some peculiar (and painful) things happen to them.
