The Ren and Stimpy Show “Stimpy’s Fan Club" Production Cel Setup (1993). We are pleased to offer Ren & Stimpy fans this original production cel setup from the Season Two episode directed by Peter Avanzino.
This cel features a great image of Stimpy reading countless letters from his fans, with Ren getting very upset that ALL of the mail is for him.
This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted cel setup which was filmed and used in the making of this episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork which appears on screen around the 02:11 mark.
The animation cel measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide and has the three-peg punch holes, and bears the Nickelodeon gold seal (upper corner). The cels are placed against a matching scene background and accompanied with the original Nickelodeon certificate of authenticity and are in excellent condition.
Episode Synopsis:
When Stimpy becomes the adoration of many fans, Ren becomes jealous. So, Stimpy makes him president of the Stimpy fan-club, leading to ren getting even more jealous and thinking about killing Stimpy. Then Ren is sent a fan letter, of which he gloats about to Stimpy, but then cries out of shame when he learns the letter was from Stimpy himself.
