We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this RARE hand painted original production cel, from the classic sixth season episode "Homie the Clown" (1995).
In this iconic scene at Krusty’s Clown College, Homer attempts the Spin Cycle Fantastique trick, getting onto a tiny bike, peddling and wobbling to keep his balance: Homer: "Steady...steady…” Homer crashes through the ramp!
This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted production cel (there are no others), and the artwork was filmed and used in the making of this SIMPSONS episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork on screen around the 06:55 mark. The character is hand-painted onto a single cel, and placed against a copy of the matching scene background.
This 12 field, 3-peghole, celluloid measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is also accompanied with the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.

"Homie the Clown" is the fifteenth episode of the sixth season of the American animated television series The Simpsons. It originally aired on the Fox network in the United States on February 12th, 1995. In the episode, Homer becomes a Krusty the Clown impersonator, but is mistaken for the real Krusty by the Springfield Mafia.
