Bart is forced by Marge to hang out with Ralph Wiggum, and this scene features them in Ralph’s bedroom. Pondering on things to do, Bart asks: "Come on, Ralph, your dad's a cop! There must be some cool stuff around here, bullets, dead body photos, what have you?"
Ralph: "He keeps that stuff in his closet. But he says I'm not allowed in there!”
Bart: "Did he say I'm not allowed in there?"
Ralph: “Yes” Bart: (pause) "Well, I'm goin' in anyway!”

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted production cel (there are no others), and the artwork was filmed and used in the making of this SIMPSONS episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork on screen around the 10:34 mark. The characters are hand-painted onto separate cels, and placed against a copy made from the original matching scene background.

This 12 field, 3-peghole, 2 cel setup measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is also accompanied with the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.

"This Little Wiggy" is the eighteenth episode of The Simpsons' ninth season. It originally aired on the Fox network in the United States on March 22nd, 1998.
Taking pity on the hapless Ralph Wiggum, Marge pairs him with Bart, but his association with Ralph quickly turns out to be more beneficial than burdensome when Bart learns that his father holds the master key to every store in Springfield.
