Comic Mint is your best source for 100% genuine Simpsons Animation Artwork licensed by Twentieth Century Fox.
We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this outstanding hand painted original production cel setup, from the classic seventh season episode "Lisa the Iconoclast" (1996).

Great scene featuring Homer and Lisa at ‘The Copy Jalopy’ centre, with Comic Book Guy, who is photo copying a screenplay he has written.
Lisa decides to make posters about the fact that Jebediah Springfield is a fraud: Lisa: "Okay, I'd like 25 copies in canary, 25 in goldenrod, 25 in saffron, and 25 in paella"
Clerk: "OK, 100 yellow" Comic Book Guy: "Question: is your name Ridley Scott or James Cameron?" Homer: "No, it's Homer" Comic Book Guy: "Then I would thank you to stop peering at my screenplay, ‘Homer!' And if I see a movie where computers threaten our personal liberties, I will know you have stolen my idea!" Homer: "But I'm just waiting for my kid. (thinking) Mental note... steal his idea!"

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted production cel setup (there are no others), and the artwork was filmed and used in the making of this SIMPSONS episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork which appears on screen around the 11:14 mark. The characters are hand-painted onto separate cels, and placed against the matching scene print background.

This 12 field, 3-peghole, 3 cel setup measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is also accompanied with the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.
