This great piece features George Liquor (American) holding up Stimpy, losing his cool with the judge (Mr. Horse), from the classic John Kricfalusi episode # "Dog Show" (1992). The artwork can be seen around the 06:48 mark.
This is a one-of-a-kind image, there are NO others! The cel bears the official Nickelodeon gold seal (upper corner) and is accompanied by the original Nickelodeon certificate of authenticity. The artwork is in excellent condition.
