Comic Mint is pleased to offer this original production cel setup consisting of three cel overlays and the original production background from the Marvel Studios production of Spider-Man: The Animated Series (1994-1998). This is a one-of-a-kind piece that was filmed and used in the making of the Spider-Man animated series.

This scene features a great image of Spidey, kneeling over a building ledge, pulling up somebody with his web.

The cel and background were created at the Marvel Studio and were used during the production in the series. The character is hand painted onto a single cel, and the overall measurements of the cel is 10.5" x 12.5” inches. The hand-painted production background measures 10.25" x 14" inches.

The cel and background are in excellent condition, and the cel has the official Marvel Studio Gold Seal in the lower corner.

Spider-Man: The Animated Series:
Spider-Man: The Animated Series (also known simply as Spider-Man) is an American animated television series based on the Marvel Comics' superhero Spider-Man. The show ran on Fox Kids from November 19, 1994 to January 31, 1998, for a total of five seasons comprising sixty-five episodes.

The series focuses on Spider-Man and his alter ego Peter Parker during his college years at Empire State University. As the story begins Peter Parker has already gained his powers and is a part-time freelance photographer for the Daily Bugle. The series features all of Spider-Man's most popular villains with the exception of Sandman. Over the course of the series the single Peter Parker contends with the romantic love interests of Mary Jane Watson and Felicia Hardy. A sub-plot through most of the series focuses on Madame Web sending Spider-Man on missions to prepare him for his ultimate battle. The series also features guest appearances from several other Marvel heroes.
