We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this RARE hand painted original production cel setup, from the classic tenth season episode "The Wizard of Evergreen Terrace" (1998).

Funny scene featuring Homer and Marge in bed at night, with Homer rambling on and on about Thomas Edison.

Homer: "And then he worked on a machine to communicate with the dead. Kind of scary telephone, I guess. Or maybe he planned to just stick his head under the ground and yell…”
Marge: "All right, already! Everyone knows the man accomplished a lot. Maybe because he didn't spend every moment talking about Thomas Edison!”
Homer: "Oh, that's where you're wrong, Marge. He was a shameless self-promoter!”
Marge: "Well, you're not Thomas Edison!”
Homer: "Marge, that's it! That's why I haven't done anything with my life! I need to be more like Thomas Edison!"
Marge: “Whatever”

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted production cel (there are no others), and the artwork was filmed and used in the making of this SIMPSONS episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork on screen around the 07:41 mark. The characters are hand-painted onto three seperate cels, and placed against a copy of the matching scene background.

This 12 field, 3-peghole, celluloid measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is also accompanied with the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.
